After 9 years unreliable years of Liberal rule, Ontarians are behind – not ahead. Our provincial debt has doubled since the Liberals took office in 2003.
We are no longer the economic engine we once were. Ontario has slipped and become a “have-not” province with over 600,000 people lacking jobs.
Ontarians deserve a government that is accountable to taxpayers – not a government that wastes public funds and then refrains from answering our questions by proroguing the provincial legislature.
I stand for a stronger economy. This means reining Ontario’s debt under control.
Our party is laying out a positive conservative vision for a stronger, more prosperous province of Ontario.
Economic recovery starts with better management of our province’s spending. We need quick action to control wasteful and unnecessary spending. We need to find efficiencies that will bring us back to balanced budgets and a more prosperous path forward.
We need broad-based tax relief that creates jobs and attracts investment in our economy.
I stand for a government that is accountable to its people. We need more transparency and accountability at Queen’s Park that will put an end to backroom deals and partisan scandals that cost taxpayers billions of dollars.
Traffic is slowing down Ontario’s economy and the gridlock is hurting commuters, families, and our businesses. I stand for new subways for Scarborough.
Most importantly, I stand with the residents of Scarborough-Guildwood.
Given your support and the opportunity to represent our party in the next election, I will work tirelessly to promote our values and stand up for what is right for Scarborough-Guildwood.
